Banana and Date Loaf by gill
1. Mix Lurpak® and sugar together, add honey and eggs. Mix well.
2. Add Flour, and mix well again.
3. Mash bananas with a fork and add to mixture along with the dates.
4. Add to a prepared loaf tin and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 160ºC.
5. Leave to cool on a wire rack, slice, and enjoy!

- 175g Lurpak®
- 100g sugar (brown is best)
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 eggs
- 225g self raising flour
- 3 ripe bananas
- 100g dates (chopped)
