Glazed Parsnips by Simon Beecher
1. Put butter into frying pan, and cook sliced parsnips until tender.
2. Add marmalade and cook so it is melted all over.
3. Put in oven dish and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
4. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- Parsnips (for four people)
- 2 dessert spoons marmalade
- Knob of butter (Lurpak of course!)
- Grated nutmeg

Cut the parsnips into equal sizes.in a bowl put a little veg oil,s&p;& a sprinkle of sugar toss the parsnips & roast, meanwhile melt some salted butter & honey together, (a little ground cinnamon & nutmeg is good). when nearly cooked drizzle the mixture over the parsnips & cook for 10 mins. THE BEST
