Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce by Lurpak
1. Heat the grill to full heat, season the salmon with black pepper and grill skin side up for 4 minutes until the skin is crisp, turn over and cook for a further few minutes until cooked through. Timing will depend on the thickness of the fish.
2. While the fish is cooking, bring the wine to the boil in a small pan, reduce by half then whisk in the Lurpak® one chunk at a time.
3. Add the lemon juice and season to taste. Once the fish is done serve with the lemon butter sauce spooned over the top.

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 small glass dry white wine
- 100g Lurpak® Unsalted, chopped into chunks
- Squeeze of lemon juice
