Ten minutes is all it takes to make a delicious breakfast treat - egg, salmon and cream cheese bagels for two!

Bagel Booster

Bagel Booster by Lurpak

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Whisk with a fork until the yolks and egg whites have completely blended.
2. Heat a knob of Lurpak® in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in the eggs and top with the salmon strips. After about half a minute, start to scramble the eggs with a wooden spoon. Continue to stir and fry for a few minutes, until cooked but still a little moist. (You don’t want to cook them until completely dry as they will continue to cook for a little longer once you take them off the heat).
3. Divide the eggs between the two bagels (which you have liberally spread with butter and cream cheese) and add the slices of fresh tomato. 4. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 4 large free range eggs (for scrambling)
  • 2 good-sized slices of smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 2 bagels
  • Cream cheese
  • Sliced tomato
  • Knob of Lurpak®
  • Pinch of salt and cracked black pepper
