Cheat's Tuna Pate by Rachel
1. Drain the tuna and place in a blender.
2. Add Lurpak® to the blender. You need less spreadable Lurpak than original.
3. Blend and taste.
4. Add more Lurpak® if required until it tastes right to you.
5. Add pepper if you see fit.
6. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
7. Serve with homemade melba toast (cut the crusts off a thick slice of bread, toast lightly on both sides, slice through the middle, cut in half and lightly toast the centres).
Ingredients
- 185g/200g tin of tuna (not in oil) (130g drained weight)
- Lurpak® butter – I don’t measure, I just add until it tastes ‘right’
- Pepper (optional)
