Cherry Crunchies by Harsharan
1. First, melt the packet of white chocolate.
2. Next, crush the tea biscuits in a bowl.
3. Cut the cherries and marshmallows into little pieces and add to the bowl.
4. When, you’ve mixed the crushed tea biscuits, cherries and marshmallows pour in the white chocolate and stir.
5. Share the mixture equally into 6 cupcake cases.
6. If you like raisins, decorate the top of of the cherry crunchies.
7. After decorating the cherry crunchy, drizzle some chocolate on top.
8. Pop in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
9. Your cherry crunchie is prepared.
Ingredients
- 12 marshmallows
- 8 tea biscuits
- 2 packets of white chocolate
- A dozen raisins (for decoration)
- 12 cherries
