Creamy Sausage Pasta by Lurpak
1. In a large saucepan melt the Lurpak®. Add the chopped tomatoes and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Cook the tomatoes for 5 minutes until they begin to soften
2. Add the chorizo to the pan along with the chili flakes, cream and half the parsley. Leave to simmer for about 10-20 minutes with the lid off until the mixture has reduced by half. Stir frequently. Take off the heat.
3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water al dente, according to the pack instructions. Once cooked, drain the water and toss in with the sauce.
4. In a large serving bowl plate the pasta and sprinkle over Parmesan cheese and the rest of the parsley. Serve immediately.
