Feta and Dill Mash Potatoes by Lurpak
1. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and let the potatoes simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until soft.
3. Drain the water and mix in the rest of the ingredients before mashing.
4. Garnish with chopped dill.
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp Lurpak®
- 3 tbsp cream
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dill
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
