Grilled Mullet with Rosemary by Lurpak
1. Mix together the garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Using a knife, make 3 incisions on each side of the fish. Stuff the mullet with the herby mix, rubbing the remaining mixture on the outside of the
fish, poking it into the slashes. You can also add slices of lemon into each slash.
3. Cook the fish under a medium grill for 10 minutes each side (or until cooked).
4. Serve immediately with buttered new potatoes and a fresh, crisp salad.
Ingredients
- 1 mullet (cleaned and scaled)
- 2 large garlic cloves finely sliced
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Slices of ½ a lemon (optional)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Good pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
