Homemade Pizza

Homemade Pizza by Lurpak

1. Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a food processor. Pulse and then add the Lurpak® and continue pulsing until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
2. Keep the food processor going on a low speed and add the milk slowly until the mixture forms a dough.
3. Divide the dough into quarters and chill for at least one hour. While you wait, preheat the oven to 425ºF.
4. Flour a surface and roll out each quarter of dough into a circle.
5. Top each pizza with a quarter of the pepperoni and tomato slices and sprinkle with a quarter of the cheese and herbs.
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • 2½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chilled Lurpak®
  • 1 cup milk
  • For the topping:
  • Pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 4 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
