Millionaire's Shortbread by Lurpak
1. Put the unopened tin of milk in a deep pot.
2. Fill with water until the water reaches 10-12cm above the top of the tin.
3. Boil steadily for 3-4 hours.
4. Mix sugar, vanilla and Lurpak® until smooth.
5. Add flour and salt, press into greased tin.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes 180ºC/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
7. Remove milk tin from water, cool, open and pour caramel over shortbread.
8. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
9. Melt chocolate, spread over caramel and allow to set.

- 175g Lurpak®
- 5 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 175g flour
- 200g plain chocolate
- 397g condensed sweetened milk
- pinch of salt
