Add something different to your next salad or dish with this recipe for Peppercorn, Mustard And Dill Vinegar.
Instructions
1. Place the vinegar, mustard seeds, allspice, peppercorns and dill seeds in a large jar.
2. Add the bay leaves, lemon slices and dill sprigs.
3. Place a lid on the jar and seal.
4. Store in cool dry place for at least one week before use.
Ingredients
- 3 cups white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp whole allspice
- 1 tbsp white peppercorns
- 1 tsp dill seeds
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 lemon slices, halved
- 1 medium bunch fresh dill sprigs
Instructions
