Peppercorn, Mustard & Dill Vinegar by Lurpak
1. Place the vinegar, mustard seeds, allspice, peppercorns and dill seeds in a large jar.
2. Add the bay leaves, lemon slices and dill sprigs.
3. Place a lid on the jar and seal.
4. Store in cool dry place for at least one week before use.
Ingredients
- 3 cups white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp whole allspice
- 1 tbsp white peppercorns
- 1 tsp dill seeds
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 lemon slices, halved
- 1 medium bunch fresh dill sprigs
