Rustic Coriander & Lime Guacamole by Lurpak
1. Using a hand blender, blitz together the avocado, chilli, lime juice and zest coriander, paprika and a twist of salt and pepper. Don’t go mad with the blender, you’re looking for a rustic, chunky look – not too smooth.
2. Serve with toasted pitta bread as pre-dinner nibbles.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados (must be ripe), skinned and de-seeded
- Quarter of a mild chilli, de-seeded and chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp of fresh coriander
- Pinch of paprika (optional)

Just got back from Mexico, Guacamole is traditional recipe, loved it, pleased to have got hold of the recipe, well done & thanks.
