Sage & Garlic Spaghetti by Lurpak
1. Cook the spaghetti for 11 minutes in boiling, salted water. While it’s cooking, heat a small pan, melt the Lurpak®, add the garlic and cook, stirring until just golden.
2. Sprinkle in the sage leaves and cook for a further minute taking care not to burn the garlic or sage.
3. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and return it all to the pan. Pour over the flavoured Lurpak® and stir well to coat all of the spaghetti.
4. Stir through the rocket (if using) and serve.
Ingredients
- 100g spaghetti
- 1 garlic clove, finely sliced
- 25g Lurpak Spreadable Slightly Salted
- Leaves from 2 sprigs of sage
- Large handful of fresh rocket (optional)
