Sultana and Golden Syrup Cookies by Lurpak
1. Mix the Lurpak®, sugar and golden syrup.
2. Add the dry ingredients.
3. Mix to a stiff paste with milk.
4. Roll into balls, dip in sugar, place on cold greased trays.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 130ºC.
Ingredients
- 2oz Lurpak®
- 2oz sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sultanas
- Milk to mix

I do not think that your recipe was quite clear enough for the novice baker. More detail required. 1. Flour - you state 1 cup (is that a 4oz cup or a 6 oz cup?). 2. What size of balls - walnut or golf ball? 3. I feel that you should have mentioned that the balls should be flattened down with the back of a fork. 4. You state on the page showing a picture picture of the cookies it takes 30 minutes to cook yet in the instructions "Bake for 15 mins". They are soft if you only bake them for 15 mins.
