Say hello to Yellow Cauliflower

Yellow cauliflower has a mild, sweet taste, and does not crumble as readily as its paler counterpart. Make the most of this sunny character by steaming or stir-frying as you would normal cauliflower. If you have more time, try roasting it, which leaves yellow cauliflower golden, soft and packed full of flavour.
