Cardamom Rolls

Preparation

Warm milk and water to lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in the mix.

Add all other ingredients and knead the dough well for about 5 minutes – or until smooth and silky. Let the dough rise in a warm spot for 2 hours.

Put the dough on a clean table and divide it into twenty lumps of equal size and roll each lump into a bun. Place the buns close together on a baking tray covered with baking paper, cover them, and leave them to rise about 2 hours – until doubled in size. Heat the oven to 220C. Bake the buns in the middle of the oven 12-14 minutes.

Let the buns cool off. Serve warm or split them and toast them. Serve with cold butter.
