Chokolate Butter

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g unsalted Lurpak butter, soft
  • 20g icing sugar
  • 75g 70 % dark chocolate
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
Chokolate Butter

Preparation

Whisk the butter with icing sugar and vanilla powder until fluffy and airy. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a microwave or water bath. Add the melted chocolate to the butter mix while whisking.

Pour it in a container and leave for cooling in the fridge but serve at room temperature.
