  • 800g whole prawns, shells removed
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 deseeded red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt to taste
Pan Fried Prawns with Garlic & Chilli recipe

Preparation

  1. Melt the Lurpain a large frying pan over a medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, chilli and prawns, then turn up the heat, stirring for 3-4 mins until the prawnare pink.
  3. Serve immediately seasoned and with lemon. This dish is great served with fresh bread and a dressed salad or stirred through your favourite pasta.
